Karya is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join the Karya Learn Team In this role, you will translate instructional blueprints into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials designed for adult learners with varying literacy and digital skill levels.
You will work closely with the Instructional Designer and Head of Learning to bring learning modules to life—writing scripts, exercises, and assessments that make digital skilling intuitive and motivating. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, an eye for storytelling, and a passion for making learning simple, inclusive, and mobile-first.
This role reports to the Associate Head of Learning and works closely with the Instructional Designer and design team
