About the Team
The Organisation Culture - Content Production team is a collective of producers, designers, directors and animators. Working together across various projects, we look to create engaging content that brings to life our organization's culture through creative design.
You will be part of a creative, collaborative, and fast-moving team shaping how our organisational culture in Global Monetization is communicated and experienced. You’ll design meaningful content experiences that bring our culture to life through storytelling, visuals, and video. From concept to execution, you’ll play a key role in making culture tangible, engaging, and relevant for employees.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop content that communicates organisational culture, values, and initiatives in a clear and engaging way.
- Translate internal messaging into compelling, human-centered narratives that resonate with employees.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and storytelling across all internal communication channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape and execute content strategies for culture-building initiatives.
- Apply content design principles to structure information clearly and effectively across formats.
- Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit video content for internal cultural storytelling.
- Produce a range of formats (e.g. interviews, event highlights, leadership messages).
- Manage end-to-end production from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
- Optimise content for different platforms.
- Stay updated on content and cultural trends to keep formats fresh and relevant.
- Develop creative concepts for activations, and engagement initiatives.
- Create multimedia assets (visuals, graphics, motion content) to support storytelling.
- Work closely with HR, stakeholders, wider OC and business teams to deliver culture initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors when needed (e.g. swag production).
