About the Team

Responsibilities

Create high level product content strategies, including writing, proofreading, and editing high-quality UI text to help users easily navigate our products.

Design content for products including new product flows, feature enhancements, category and feature naming, error messages and notifications, and occasional emails.

Lead content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across the product.

Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices, including balancing business requirements and customer needs in building features.

Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders across different time zones.

Review and provide feedback on the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across teams and time zones to define a cohesive narrative across the product.

Synthesize internal and external feedback to improve content clarity and quality.

Work closely with the Localization team and translators to ensure contents fit with the local markets.
