  • Collaborate with designers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

  • Contribute to content planning, design system management and content governance practices.

  • Support A/B and usability testing to make informed content decisions and improve customer outcomes.

  • Ensure all content aligns with RACV's brand, voice, tone, accessibility and compliance requirements.

  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to help refine, test and improve content approaches.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Demonstrated experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Content Strategy or a similar role.

  • Experience in UX writing for digital quote flows, customer journeys and optimising conversion.

  • Hands-on experience working with Figma

  • Experience with Miro, Jira and Confluence would be desired

  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, customer experience and digital product delivery.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling content.

  • Experience using research, analytics, SEO insights and testing to inform content decisions.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

  • A portfolio demonstrating user-focused writing and content design outcomes.
