You're a designer who's genuinely excited about where tech and AI are heading, and you want your work to reach millions rather than sit in a folder. You care about craft, you move fast, and you're already testing new tools before anyone tells you to.

We're a thirteen-time Webby winner and the world's largest freelancing marketplace. You'll join a small, sharp creative team and have real ownership over the visual identity, motion, and campaigns our global audience actually sees.

What you'll do:

• Design digital campaigns across social, motion graphics, banners, email, and video
• Create social media collaterals and design for platforms like TikTok, where our brand meets people in the wild
• Build and evolve the brand assets, templates, and visual systems used across the company
• Keep our identity fresh and competitive in a fast-moving tech space
• Take work from mood board and storyboard through to finished, polished creative

What we're looking for:

• Strong core graphic design skills - composition and visual storytelling
• A strong eye for typography, colour, and layout
• Motion and animation skills, not just static design
• A feel for social, especially TikTok, and how brands actually look when they're worth following
• Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Curiosity about AI and how it's changing creative work
• A portfolio and show reel that speaks for itself
