The Content Data Structure Specialist supports Content production by structuring data for use throughout the publishing pipeline. The Data Specialist will work with raw family history content and metadata to prepare the data for importing to a database and structuring according to Content standards. You will also be responsible for exporting data for external partners. An essential part of this role is the development of custom tools with AI assistance to help automate and streamline workflows to improve output and efficiency. The role will require constant and quality communication to ensure success.

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base hourly range for this position: $21.00 - $26.00 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience.
