We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & UGC (User-Generated Content) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating engaging content that resonates with our audience and analyzing authentic customer-generated content to boost brand trust and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for analyzing trends and user behavior, and expertise in leveraging UGC to amplify brand reach and authenticity. You will collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to create compelling, impactful content and provide insights that drive strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce, and manage engaging multimedia content across social media platforms, including video, graphics, and written content.
  • Monitor, collect, and analyze user-generated content across digital platforms to identify trends, sentiment, and opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to integrate UGC into campaigns, boosting authenticity and customer trust.
  • Create reports and dashboards summarizing UGC performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform content strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving content trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for user engagement.
  • Assist in optimizing content for SEO and SEM to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Engage directly with online communities to foster positive brand interactions and encourage user participation.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or UGC analysis.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
  • Experience analyzing user-generated content using social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and authentic content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO/SEM principles and tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
  • Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, or sustainability sectors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
