• Develop engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Act as the on-camera personality for video campaigns, showcasing confidence and relatability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and audience expectations.
• Design and implement viral content strategies that drive audience engagement and growth.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats to maximize reach and relevance.
• Script, storyboard, and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output.

Hard Requirements:

• Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in content creation, strategy development, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas tailored for a global audience.
• Experience with basic video editing tools is a plus.
• Background in marketing, communications, or a creative field.
• Knowledge of trends and audience behaviors in the content creation landscape.
• Experience working in or creating content for the staffing or recruitment industry is a bonus.
