Temporary role (W2);Start ASAP-8/28

Approximately40 hoursper week

Location:New York preferred

Schedule:EST 9-5,Business hours preferred for meetings; flexibility outside meeting times

Focus:Highvolume, paid social content that feels organic andplatformnative

Content type:Shortformvideo ads (not recipes, notstaticonly, not heavy cooking)

Style:Memedriven, “unhinged,” culturally fluent; intentionallylowfiwhen appropriate

Workload:High volume, fastpacedproduction

OncameraComfortable appearing on camera when needed (most work is offcamera)

Experience:Brand or agency experience strongly preferred

Versatility:Able to adapt tone and style across multiple brand personalities

Ideation:Strong concept generation; able to produce many ideas quickly

Trends:Deep understanding of social trends, memes, and Gen Z language

Copy:Ability to write short, witty, impactful copy

Visuals:Experience with lowfiaesthetics; comfort creating static imagery

Tools:Photoshop knowledge is a plus

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for food and beverage content?We’relooking for an experienced content creator who specializes in photography and videography tailoredforsocial media platforms. If your portfolio includes food products and snacks, portrayed in an interesting and compelling way, we'd love to see your work!

You will work behind the scenes, with a focus on capturing high-quality, engaging content. While on-camera presence may occasionally berequired, the emphasis is not on individual likeness or personal branding. 

To be considered

·       You will provide examples of social content (video preferred) you have created for your personal brand ora client

·       You will work from home doing all aspects of social content creation, including brainstorming, pitching, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.

Important Accountabilities:

Reporting to theCreative Director- Social,you will ensure creative excellence when delivering work for clients. This is the ideal position for someone who is energized bycontent creation and canideate, create, and write independently.In addition, you haveyourpulse on social trends.

·       You will be an individual contributor and create visual social media assets (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for TikTok,META, Snapchat,andYouTube

·       You will manage social contentphotoand video shoots. 

·       You will brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement. 

·       You have a passion and interestforcapturing and communicating brand stories through social media. 

Qualifications:

·       1-year minimum experience;bachelor'sin advertising, Marketing or related field,required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant fieldrequired

·       Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools,META, Snapchat, TikTok)andprovidevisual guidance on social assets. 

·       You must be comfortable shooting with an iPhone andhave video editing skills. 

·       Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employeesbased in Los Angeles). Dentsu maydesignateother Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may bedesignated asremote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourlypay rangefor this position is $40.30-$53.92The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permittedby law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidaysin accordance withdentsupolicy, as well as safe and sicktime This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
