We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator to join our Social Media team and help bring Toters to life across our social platforms.

You’ll be responsible for coming up with fresh content ideas, creating short-form videos, and turning everyday Toters moments into content people actually want to watch and share. This role is hands-on from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content for Toters’ social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Brainstorm and develop content ideas based on trends, cultural moments, and Toters’ brand.
• Shoot high-quality videos using a phone and/or camera.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Edits, or similar editing platforms.
• Write engaging hooks, captions, and on-screen text.
• Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social media trends.
• Participate in shoots, activations, events, and on-ground content creation when needed.
• Help maintain a consistent flow of fresh and relevant content across our platforms.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content.
• Excellent sense of current social media trends, formats, sounds, and hooks.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Creative, curious, and constantly looking for new content ideas.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of what makes content engaging in the first few seconds.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly.
• Experience with CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
