Job Description

As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and editing high-quality multimedia content with entertaining and educational materials to be expressed through social media, websites, marketing materials, and/or other platforms.

Social media like Instagram and Tiktok, or other marketing platforms will be your canvas where your creativity and artistry in filming and storytelling will be seen and felt. We will work together so that you will not just creating contents, but creating an experience—crafting stories with magic that capture the brand's essence and ignite the audience's excitement.

1. Demonstrate a strong acting foundation with the ability to convey emotions through various facial expressions on camera, as well as the skill to tell stories effectively through performance, while projecting confidence, comfort, and charisma.
2. Use your skills as a video/photo talent to showcase and promote our products and services in a clear and concise manner.
3. Develop and create engaging and relevant multimedia content for various platforms, such as blogs, social media, websites, and more.
4. Produce written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
5. Plan and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content.
6. Collaborate with other teams members to align content creation with overall marketing and communication strategies.
7. Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
8. Monitor and respond to audience comments, feedback, and inquiries on various platforms
9. Use analytics tools to track content performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Film, Videography, Video Production, or a related field.
2. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
3. Excel in public speaking in both English and Indonesian, showcasing extroversion, creativity, and innovative thinking.
4. Possess a comprehensive understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
5. Proficiency in using social media platforms and other relevant digital tools
6. Proficiency in creating and editing multimedia content such as graphics, images, videos, etc.
7. Understanding of basic SEO principles and the ability to incorporate them into content
