This role will support both organizations simultaneously, offering a unique opportunity to work across startup talent, branding, community building, and ecosystem engagement.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to support both StartupBreed and Bangkok Startup Association (BSA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about startups, storytelling, community engagement, and digital content creation.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content that strengthens the visibility and brand presence of both organizations across social media, events, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives. The role involves working closely with startup founders, operators, investors, and community members while helping shape the voice and online presence of two highly active brands within the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation for both StartupBreed and Bangkok Startup Association (BSA) across social media and digital platforms
• Capture and produce high-quality video content including reels, interviews, event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and short-form storytelling
• Attend startup events, networking sessions, workshops, and community activities to film and document real-time content
• Edit video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Design engaging visual assets, including social media graphics, event promotions, presentation materials, and branding collateral
• Write compelling copy for captions, campaigns, articles, announcements, event promotions, and community communications
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with company campaigns, ecosystem initiatives, and startup events
• Collaborate with founders, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders to create authentic and impactful storytelling
• Support brand building, audience engagement, and online community growth across both organizations
• Stay updated on startup, social media, and digital content trends to continuously improve content quality and engagement
• Coordinate with external creatives, photographers, or production vendors when needed
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, videography, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong videography and video editing skills with the ability to create engaging short-form content for social media
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
• Strong graphic design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability in both Thai and English
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and tech ecosystems is highly preferred
• Comfortable being on-site at events and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience working with startup communities, events, creators, or founder networks is a plus

Language Proficiency

• Native Thai
• Fluent English

Working Conditions

• Work hours: 10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m. or 9.00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Hybrid: WFH Tuesday & Thursday (because flexibility matters)
