About the Role
We are seeking a creative and trend-driven Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that enhances brand visibility, audience engagement, and marketing performance. This role involves creating high-quality visual and written content across multiple platforms while aligning with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Development
Create engaging content including videos, reels, photos, graphics, blogs, and social media posts.
Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas aligned with brand strategy.
Produce platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
Plan and execute content calendars in coordination with marketing campaigns.
Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
Drive audience growth and engagement through innovative content strategies.
Video Production & Editing
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for promotional purposes.
Create short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
Use editing tools and software to produce visually appealing content.
Coordinate shoots, styling, and production activities when required.
Branding & Marketing Support
Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns and promotions.
Support product launches, events, and brand initiatives with creative content.
Develop content that supports lead generation and customer engagement objectives.
Ensure content aligns with overall marketing and communication strategies.
Content Planning & Research
Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
Generate fresh ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and audience interaction.
Maintain an organized archive of content assets and production schedules.
Optimize content strategies based on performance insights and analytics.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams, influencers, agencies, and external partners.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative planning meetings.
Support brand collaborations and influencer marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and digital campaigns.
Proficiency in content editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
