About the role

As Content Creator, your mission is to produce high-quality, faceless, product-led short-form video and photo content for Lovepop across product-driven, story-driven, and distribution-driven content lanes — shooting and editing daily under the direction of the Content Producer, with a focus on hook strength, trend speed, and Lovepop’s paper-art product magic. Most Lovepop content does not feature on-camera talent; the product and the paper-art moment do the storytelling.

Accountabilities

  • Daily Short-Form Content Production (60% of time)
  • Shoot and edit faceless, product-led short-form video and photo content under the Content Producer’s brief across three content lanes — product-driven (unboxing, ASMR, product showcase), story-driven (paper-art origin moments, hands-only craft footage, brand-narrative B-roll), and distribution-driven (TikTok trends, hooks, performance-led). Ship daily to the publish queue. Maintain technical quality (audio levels, framing, edit pace, voiceover or music bed) and brand consistency (paper-art aesthetic, emotional tone).

  • Trend Spotting & Hook Iteration (25% of time)
  • Actively monitor TikTok, IG Reels, and similar platforms for emerging trends, hooks, sounds, and formats that work for product-led, faceless content. Adapt the right trends to Lovepop’s products within days, not weeks. Iterate hooks based on engagement and performance feedback from the Content Producer and the Performance Marketing team.

  • Shoot Setup & Production Support (15% of time)

  • Set up product-focused shoots — tabletop and overhead rigs, lighting, audio (voiceover, music, ASMR mics), props and prop styling. Build and maintain the content production library (raw footage, B-roll, product stills, edits, exported assets). Coordinate with the Graphic Design team for product imagery and finished assets when needed.

Qualifications

  • Required — Experience
  • 0–2 years of content production experience for B2C brands, OR a strong personal portfolio of TikTok / IG Reels content with measurable engagement (regardless of follower count). Strong eye for product styling, shoot composition, and faceless / product-led storytelling. Portfolio demonstrating short-form storytelling that works without on-camera talent (or pieces that could realistically have been made faceless).

  • Required — Tools & Language
  • Hands-on with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve for short-form video editing. iPhone or DSLR shooting basics including tabletop and overhead product setups, with comfort around lighting and audio fundamentals. Comfortable producing or directing voiceover (human or AI) since most pieces are faceless. Familiar with ChatGPT or similar for caption and hook ideation. Working English proficiency for reading briefs from the Content Producer; written English is nice-to-have.

  • Strong Plus — AI Voiceover, B-Roll & TikTok Native
  • Active personal TikTok or IG Reels account with measurable engagement, ideally including faceless or product-led content. Hands-on with AI content tools — ElevenLabs voiceovers (critical for faceless content), Midjourney or Runway for B-roll generation, ChatGPT for scripts and captions. Prior content work for US/Western brands or audiences. Strong sense of internet humor and emotional storytelling delivered through product, motion, and audio rather than face-time.
