Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and distributing content that aligns with our brand marketing strategy across multiple Betsson brand channels (Betsson, Betsson Sport, We Are Betsson on Instagram, and Betsson Georgia on LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the full content lifecycle and editorial calendar;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop content strategy and formats;
  • Produce and appear in content; oversee shoots and post-production;
  • Publish and distribute content across platforms, managing media spend;
  • Monitor performance and optimize based on analytics;
  • Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery;
  • Organize assets, support team collaboration, and stay aligned with trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field;
  • 3+ years in content-related roles;
  • Gambling industry experience is a plus;
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Strong writing and communication skills;
  • Solid project management and multitasking ability;
  • Creative and detail-oriented;
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • High ownership and accountability.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll create content across four brand channels, reaching audiences passionate about sports, gaming, and company culture. From planning and shooting to publishing and analyzing — you'll own the full content lifecycle.
