• About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy content creator who lives on TikTok and other social media platforms, understands trends, hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling. Someone who can script, shoot, and also show up on-camera.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing short-form video ideas for TikTok and Reels
• Craft content that moves viewers through the funnel, from curiosity to craving to checkout
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, hooks, and editing styles that work right now
• Be on-camera to help humanize the brand and build trust
• Track performance and continuously refine content based on engagement and conversion
• Travel - Our products are all authentically blessed in Nepal, join us on future trips to create meaningful and powerful content.

Qualifications

• You're obsessed with TikTok not just watching it, but understanding how and why content goes viral
• You can take a product and build a story around it that sells without hard-selling
• You're a self-starter who knows how to shoot, edit, and deliver content independently, but you won't have to do it alone with us.
• You love experimenting and arent afraid to fail fast and fix faster
• You have a strong sense of aesthetic and emotional impact scent, story, and soul matter to you
• You're persuasive, funny, emotional, or bold and you know when to use each one

Language Proficiency

• Native Thai, working proficiency in English
