Content CreativeHo Chi Minh CityFull-timeResponsibilities1. Localize and operate HelloTalk’s official social media content for the Vietnam market, including adapting, publishing, and optimizing existing content from HQ
2. Tailor content to fit Vietnamese user habits and platform characteristics, ensuring it feels natural and locally relevant
3. Create a smaller amount of original local content when needed, including local updates, lightweight static posts, and short-form videos
4. Identify and interview local users to develop user stories, use cases, and authentic feedback for local content
5. Work closely with China HQ and relevant teams, track content performance, and continuously improve content quality and publishing rhythmQualificationsJob Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in content operations, social media operations, localization, or related fields
2. Native Vietnamese speaker with good English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus
3. Strong writing and content adaptation skills, with the ability to localize content naturally and create a smaller amount of original content when needed
4. Familiar with Vietnam’s mainstream social media platforms and local content trends, and able to conduct user interviews independently
5. Detail-oriented, execution-driven, and able to collaborate effectively across teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in user storytelling, interviews, community content, or localization content
- Basic video editing, shooting, or design skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for content work
- Interest in language learning and cross-cultural communication
Working Time & Location
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break). Off on Saturdays & Sundays.

- Initial Stage: Remote-friendly.
- Upcoming Stage: Transition to onsite/hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City.
