
Marcus Evans Summits, the elite division of the world’s leading producer of business events, is now recruiting for a Production Coordinator for its Summits division in Barbados. We are seeking a bright and detailed orientated individual who is very organized, enjoys tracking data and data entry.
We are seeking a bright and detailed orientated individual who is very organized, enjoys tracking data and data entry to work as a Production Coordinator. As a Content Coordinator you are responsible for the tracking of event attendees through various check points from registration through to event execution. You will be responsible for data entry into excel, word docs and internal databases.
This is an in-person role based in our Barbados office.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate data entry and ongoing data tracking.
Conducting research and gathering business intelligence.
Following up to obtain required information in a timely manner.
Assisting in the preparation of event-related materials.
Proofreading and reviewing documentation for accuracy and clarity.
Supporting a range of essential administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications
A minimum of two years work experience in related field.
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Confident communicator with excellent written and oral skills.
Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills.
Excellent time management skills
Advanced multitasking skills and ability to work on several projects at once.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and experience with databases.
Proficient Typing skills.
A nice team player.
