What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive content strategy and development across the marketing funnel, from website, blog, and campaign content to case studies and sales enablement materials
  • Plan and manage Eclipse’s organic social media content, adapting stories and messaging across relevant channels
  • Develop internal and executive communications, including the employee newsletter, digital screens, and engagement content
  • Interview subject-matter experts and research industry trends, customer use cases, and market opportunities to create relevant and credible content
  • Identify storytelling opportunities that showcase Eclipse’s people, expertise, products, solutions, customers, and culture
  • Own and maintain Eclipse’s voice and tone guidelines and key messaging to support consistency across communications and marketing materials
  • Apply SEO and AEO best practices to website and long-form content
  • Manage projects from initial brief through writing, stakeholder review, approval, production, and publication
  • Collaborate with design, video, and digital marketing specialists on creative requirements, production, and publishing
  • Track content, communications, and social media performance and contribute to Marketing reporting
  • Work and collaborate in a team environment, actively participating and engaging in group meetings
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills across long- and short-form content
  • Experience using Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Monday.com, SharePoint, and other content creation, project management, and publishing tools
  • Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video production, with the ability to brief and collaborate with creative specialists
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the judgment to manage competing priorities, stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines
  • Manufacturing, technology, engineering, or hardware industry experience is preferred
  • Candidates will be asked to share a portfolio or relevant work samples during the interview process
