Job Description

United Restoration, Inc. is looking for an IICRC certified technician to work in a dual role of crew leader/content manager for our contents cleaning, inventory and pack-out division, and as water tech- Part time position

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Prior residential construction/general cleaning knowledge and experience preferred
  • Proven work history demonstrating reliability and dependability
  • Inventory, boxing and packing contents from the customer's home due to water, smoke or soot damage
  • Clean and inventory contents and carefully pack them for return to the customer's home after cleaning
  • Identify items that cannot be cleaned or salvaged
  • Physical labor to including lifting of 50-75LBs
  • A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory
  • Must pass a Background and Drug screening
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently or with other team members
  • Experience with Xactimate estimating software a plus
  • Experience with Encircle preferred
  • Good organizational skills and time management required

The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
