At Lauxes Products, We Don't Do Boring! We're a fast-growing, premium drainage brand backing distributors, builders, designers and trades across Australia and beyond. Our marketing hits different, and we're hunting for someone hungry to push content and campaigns further.

The Role

You'll own the execution of scroll-stopping campaigns across social, EDM and web. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our marketing team and our plumbing and tiler distributor network to drive product launches that land. Our creativity and style is beyond a regular content poster, our next Content and Campaigns Coordinator is someone who reads the data, calls the win, and makes the next campaign even bigger.

What You'll Own

• Campaigns: Plan, coordinate and launch quarterly campaigns and product releases with our distributor partners; pitch fresh ideas and turn them into action
• Socials: Build and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn up to 3 months out; read the trends, drive the engagement and own the DMs
• Content; Create short-form content, plan shoots, and repurpose everything into high-performing formats
• EDMs: Design and build email campaigns from scratch, run automated flows, track every open and click
• Reporting: Keep the weekly scoreboard sharp and feed the monthly wins into what's next
• Website: Maintain accurate, on-brand landing pages and product information

• A track record in social, marketing or content creation
• Sharp instincts for Instagram, TikTok and what's next in digital
• Data-driven - you read the numbers and pivot the strategy
• Clear, proactive communication, verbal and non-verbal - you keep people in the loop before they have to ask
• Professional conduct and presentation, every channel, every time
• A creative, innovative thinker who pitches bold ideas and backs them
• Structured and dependable - organised to-do lists, deadlines hit, consistency under pace
• Proactive task ownership - you drive execution, not wait for the brief

Technical Toolkit

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator or similar)
• CapCut for fast, high-performing video edits
• Figma and Canva for social, EDM and campaign assets
• Strong grasp of Meta publishing, insights and Business Suite
• Confidence curating, pitching and building campaign concepts start to finish
