About FORM

We connect and collaborate with communities, creative practitioners, businesses, and all levels of government. We explore and empower meaningful social and cultural engagement through artistic projects, high-impact partnerships, and creative learning programs.

As an independent non-profit organisation, our mission is to be a leader in developing a vibrant creative economy for the benefit and wellbeing of all Western Australian communities.

We deliver landmark projects including Balgang Albany’s Lighting the Sound, Thomas Dambo’s Giants of Mandurah, PUBLIC Silo Trail, and Field of Lights: Avenue of Honour

The role

The Content & Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the execution of internal
and external communications, content development and marketing campaigns that
are driven by strategic objectives, data and human insights.

Reporting to the Communications & Media Specialist and working closely with internal
teams, implement marketing, communications, and content campaigns. This is a fast-paced, varied role where strong organisational skills are essential often across several projects at once.

You’ll need to juggle competing deadlines, keep campaigns on track, and know when to shift priorities. With a focus on the development of diverse audiences, growing and engaging them through relevant content and channels, the objectives of this position are:

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing and communications campaigns to achieve agreed project targets in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate, deliver, and monitor content strategies which help to realise FORM’s vision across all owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Prioritise FORM’s identity through our brand voice, ensuring that it supports our mission across all programs and channels with cohesion and clarity.
  • Contribute knowledge and recommendations to support marketing and communications strategy, decision-making, and cross-team collaboration.

Skills and experience

  • 3–4 years in a content, social media, or marketing coordination role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and professional proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone for everything from sharp social media copy to long-form editorial content.
  • Proven experience implementing integrated marketing and communications plans, including setting objectives, audience identification, and multi-channel execution.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating organisational social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and growth.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating Meta advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimisation.
  • Ability to capture on-the-go content (photography, video, reels) on location and produce assets using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Mojo.
  • Strong visual eye for briefing designers and proficiency in analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders using Microsoft 365.
  • Experience or a genuine interest in the arts, cultural, or NFP sectors, with a commitment to learning and respecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural protocols.

Why FORM

Your words will sit alongside the work of internationally renowned artists. Your campaigns will drive audiences to experiences that change how people see their communities. You’ll work with a small, ambitious team across Aboriginal art centres, regional towns, world-class creatives, and government partners.
