Collect, organize, and summarize illegal content and abnormal issues reported by Middle Eastern users.
Gather user inquiries, establish effective cooperation with the customer service team, and continuously enhance the social environment of the game.
Collaborate with the operations and product teams to maintain and enhance user relationships.
