Truist is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative Content & Social Media Ecosystem Manager to build the capabilities, operating models, insights, technology, partnerships, and governance that connect social media, content experiences, and influencer and creator marketing across the enterprise.
As client journeys increasingly begin with search, AI assistants, social platforms, and digital research, content experiences play an important role in discoverability and consideration. This role connects disciplines and removes friction so Truist is visible when clients seek answers, relevant when they explore options, and trusted when they make decisions.
This individual contributor is an ecosystem integrator, working alongside the senior leaders of Social Media and Content Experiences and in close partnership with the Influencer/Creator Marketing Manager to connect their respective strategies and strengthen how the broader ecosystem operates.
· Connect social media and content experience strategies across search, AI-enabled discovery, social platforms, and digital research journeys.
· Identify ecosystem opportunities that strengthen visibility, relevance, consideration, trust, and business growth.
· Translate changes in client behavior, technology, platforms, and discovery patterns into enterprise recommendations and priorities.
· Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared roadmaps, decision rights, capabilities, and outcomes.
· Help ensure social media, content, and influencer and creator marketing investments operate as an integrated growth ecosystem rather than separate disciplines or channels.
· Work with the senior leader of Social Media to advance the capabilities and infrastructure supporting the social ecosystem.
· Work with the senior leader of Content Experiences to enable connected planning, publishing, distribution, optimization, reuse, maintenance, and retirement of content.
· Work with the Influencer/Creator Marketing Manager to connect the always-on creator content ecosystem to broader planning, distribution, paid media, measurement, technology, governance, and optimization capabilities.
· Improve coordination across organic and paid social, influencer and creator marketing, executive programs, teammate advocacy, community engagement, social listening, content experiences, and reputation management.
· Establish scalable standards and workflows that improve quality, consistency, accessibility, efficiency, and brand alignment across the ecosystem.
· Drive adoption of shared capabilities and ways of working across internal teams and external partners.
· Develop shared KPIs and measurement frameworks for discoverability, reach, engagement, consideration, conversion, content effectiveness, and ecosystem performance.
· Integrate analytics, social listening, audience intelligence, search insights, creator performance, and other performance data to guide strategy and investment decisions.
· Deliver executive dashboards and actionable recommendations that demonstrate enterprise value and identify optimization opportunities.
· Translate emerging issues, client needs, cultural trends, reputational signals, and discovery behavior into coordinated action.
· Establish a continuous improvement model that applies insights and performance results across the ecosystem.
· Coordinate agency, platform, technology, and vendor relationships that support the social media, content experience, and influencer and creator marketing ecosystem.
· Set expectations and drive partner accountability, innovation, performance, scalability, and continuous improvement.
· Evaluate solutions that improve discovery, engagement, measurement, workflow efficiency, governance, and enterprise value.
· Partner with Procurement, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders on selection, contracting, oversight, and performance management.
· Support the effective integration and adoption of platforms and tools across enterprise teams.
· Own and maintain enterprise social media and content policies, procedures, standards, controls, guidelines, and supporting documentation.
· Ensure influencer and creator marketing is incorporated into applicable policies, procedures, review processes, disclosure requirements, controls, escalation protocols, and governance standards.
· Develop practical operating models, workflows, playbooks, training, and adoption resources that enable consistent enterprise execution.
· Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, Brand, and Communications on regulatory, legal, privacy, operational, reputational, and platform considerations.
· Support approval processes, access management, crisis response, retention, recordkeeping, audits, risk assessments, issue management, and remediation.
· Balance innovation and business enablement with sound judgment, brand protection, and responsible risk management.
