💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
🎯 Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
🎯 Resolve customer issues and complaints within set timeframes
🎯 Troubleshoot technical and account-related problems efficiently
🎯 Escalate complex cases to the relevant department as needed
🎯 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper resolution
🎯 Keep detailed and accurate documentation of each interaction
🎯 Categorize issues and highlight potential bugs for technical review
