Job Description

You’ve picked a great time to join Avon. We’re the company that puts purpose, people and relationships at the heart of everything we do. The company that’s 135 years young and only just getting started. As part of the Regent LP family, we’re committed to being the best beauty company for the world by generating a positive environmental, economic and social impact for our communities across the globe.

Role Type

Permanent

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for transforming approved global creative assets into technically sound, localisation‑ready templates that enable markets to adapt content efficiently while protecting brand integrity. Operating with independence, the role manages the production and delivery of scalable, multi‑channel assets that support speed‑to‑market and consistent execution

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive and consolidate approved global imagery, copy, and social edits from the Creative Team and Social Content Creator to build editable, localisation‑ready templates within The Box.
  • Deliver design frameworks to clearly separate fixed brand elements from editable components, ensuring brand consistency while enabling flexible market adaptation.
  • Produce multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios to meet defined and new channel and platform requirements across digital, social, and e‑commerce.
  • Ensure all templates are technically accurate, quality‑checked, and aligned to documented platform specifications and best‑practice guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Creative Team, Social Content Creator, and Translation Administrator to ensure assets are suitable for adaptation and localisation from the point of build.
  • Create and define naming conventions, version control standards, and metadata so assets are easy for markets to locate, understand, and use within The Box.
  • Manage market needs and deliver complete, adaptation‑ready asset sets to minimise rework and duplication downstream.
  • Provide clear guidance to markets on correct and efficient template usage, addressing questions and issues using established processes.
  • Lead the improvement of template structures and adaptation workflows by identifying practical refinements that enhance usability, speed, and scalability.

Work Experience

  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in content production, creative operations, localisation, or adaptation‑focused roles.
  • Solid working knowledge of multi‑channel content requirements, including digital, social, and e‑commerce.
  • Hands‑on experience creating adaptable design assets and templates.
  • Proficiency in relevant creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and asset management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around formats, versions, and technical specifications.
  • Confident, effective collaborator with the ability to explain processes and standards clearly.
