Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Container Repairer to join our new team!
This role will be responsible for conducting container repairs and maintenance to ensure that containers are maintained to industry standards.
Key Accountabilities
Use equipment to perform repairs (either structural or wear and tear) to shipping containers to ensure they meet appropriate standards
Maintenance of containers and upgrading the containers to the specific industry standard
Comply with the requirements of the quotation that has been provided
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience repairing Containers
Welding experience
Demonstrated knowledge of hand tools, power tools and welding equipment
Attention to detail with demonstrated focus on safety, customer service and teamwork
