Job Description

Arhaus was founded in 1986 on a simple idea: Furniture and décor should be sustainably sourced, lovingly made, and built to last. Today, we partner with artisans around the world who share our vision, creating beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces that can be used—and loved—for generations.

The Container & Product Flow Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the movement of merchandise across our warehouse network. This position is responsible for analyzing inbound and inter-facility product flow, developing data-driven plans, and delivering actionable insights that support operational efficiency and inventory balance.

This role partners closely with all supply chain cross-functional teams to ensure accurate planning, proactive issue identification, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik) with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and enhance reports, models, and dashboards to improve visibility and support operational decision-making.
  • Validate Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies impacting receiving and inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and manage daily receiving plans for containers and trailers across warehouse locations, considering product mix, labor capacity, dock availability, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate inbound flow schedules to support efficient unloading, put away, and inventory availability.
  • Analyze inventory assortment and stock levels by location and recommend balancing transfers to optimize inventory positioning across the network.
  • Monitor inbound shipment flow and identify potential bottlenecks related to receiving, storage, labor, or product movement.
  • Proactively communicate operational risks, delays, and capacity concerns along with actionable recommendations and contingency plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with warehouse operations, transportation, inventory control, planning, and merchandising teams to improve overall product flow efficiency.
  • Utilize Excel, Qlik, and other reporting tools to analyze operational performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory flow, receiving efficiency, and process standardization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and operational planning tools.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Qlik preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

About Arhaus

Arhaus was founded in 1986 on a simple idea: Furniture and décor should be sustainably sourced, lovingly made, and built to last. Today, we partner with artisans around the world who share our vision, creating beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces that can be used - and loved - for generations.

Our Commitment to the Earth - Through our Green Initiative, our artisan partners use sustainably sourced, reclaimed, and recycled materials as much as possible. From harvesting wood from mango trees that no longer produce fruit, to repurposing recycled copper, we take pride in giving new life to what would otherwise be discarded.

Our Artisan Partners - We travel the globe, seeking out talented artisans whose time-honored techniques create beautifully unique, handcrafted works of art. From rug weavers in India to upholstery workshops in North Carolina, to families of master woodworkers in Italy and Mexico, our artisan partnerships span continents and generations.

Our Pledge for Inclusion - We save a seat at the table for everyone, because we know with absolute certainty that diversity is what makes the world a beautiful, interesting place to live. Regardless of race, age, gender, or background - all are welcome here.

Our Promise to the World - Giving back to our communities near and far has been at the heart if our mission since day 1. Today, we support a variety of organizations that share our vision for caring for the environment and improving the lives of those in need, including Habitat for Humanity, American Forests, Global Dental Relief, and the Small World.
