Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
As a Contact Team Enrolment Advisor, you'll support prospective students from application through to enrolment. Through proactive outreach and personalised guidance, you'll help future students make informed decisions and confidently navigate their enrolment journey.
Working closely with colleagues across the University, you'll provide advice, answer questions, and connect prospective students with the information and opportunities they need. You'll also contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the student experience.
Salary will be in the range of $60,046 to $72,636per year pro rata based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a part time role, 15 hours a week (Monday – Thursday 4:15pm – 8pm), based at our Hillcrest Campus.

The ability to converse in Te Reo Māori and an understanding of tikanga Māori and confidence engaging respectfully with Māori students, whānau, and communities is critical for this role, previous outbound calling experience would be highly advantageous.
