This position is full-time; ideally working 4 days within the week, plus a Saturday and whilst some form of weekend working is a must in this role, we are happy to discuss this.
This is a freestanding, 3-testing room practice, sitting within a prime, high-street location – you would be joining an experienced team of 10 including 1 Dispensing Optician, 1 Resident Optometrist and 1 Pre-Reg Optometrist.
Winchester’s town centre features a mix of boutique shops, cafés and restaurants, offering a lively atmosphere. There are plenty of opportunities within this role and the patient demographic is serves to work with patients who may need specialised care such as presbyopia or age-related eye conditions, in addition to our contact lens data based containing more than 1000 active patients!
This location has excellent transport links, to make commuting easy; Winchester Railway Station provides direct access to London Waterloo in under an hour, local bus services connect various parts of the city / surrounding areas and there is an easily accessible park and ride!
