Operating across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and through our Fiji‑based subsidiary RCL Services, we partner with major clients in banking, government, insurance, utilities, and telecommunications.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking high‑performing Contact Centre Agents to join our Operations team in Fiji.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Contact Centre Agents, particularly those with utilities experience, to work across sales, recoveries (collections), and administrative functions in a high‑energy contact centre environment.

You will engage with customers professionally, drive positive outcomes, and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for utilities accounts
  • Deliver sales outcomes while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Manage payment collections, arrears follow‑ups, and payment arrangements
  • Resolve billing enquiries and complete accurate system and admin updates3.
  • Consistently meet KPIs, quality, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in utilities (electricity, water, gas, telco, or similar)
  • Proven background in sales, collections/recoveries, and administration
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident using systems and working in a target‑driven environment
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts in a contact centre
