We are currently looking for a dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be flexible in working hours and assist within a team environment.
  • Stay open to learning new topics and enhancing your skills.
  • Possess knowledge about Electronic Financial Transactions (preferred).

Requirements

· University Degree

· Knowledge of English

· PC skills

· Work experience is an advantage

· Excellent communication skills

· Customer Oriented

· The flexibility to work only for the third shift

· Good attitude towards new learning topics

· Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transactions (preferably)
