The Contact Center Sales Representativeassistsmembers and prospective members through phone, email, and digital channels while providing excellent customer service. This roleis responsible foropening new memberships, supporting the onboarding process, and processing consumer loan and credit card applications from start to funding. The representativeidentifiesmember needs and recommendsappropriate financialproducts and services to strengthen relationships and improve the member experience. Ideal candidates have experience in sales, customer service, banking, or lending, along withstrong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
