Russell Cellular is seeking a dynamic Contact Center Director of Sales, to lead our consumer and business telesales operations. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, operational performance, leadership development, and strategic execution across a high-volume contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline teams.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and conversion results.
• Oversee contact center operations, customer experience, and workforce planning.
• Manage KPIs, performance accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives through data.
• Provide strategic direction for training and leadership development.
• Lead cross functional Initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with Verizon and key business stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve company goals and drive business results.

Qualifications Required:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in sales, customer operations, contact centers, telecommunications, retail, or a related field.
• Proven success leading leaders and driving sales and operational performance.
• Strong experience with KPI management, analytics, and team development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

• Telecommunications or wireless industry experience.
• Experience leading consumer and B2B sales teams.
• High-volume contact center leadership experience.
• Experience working with major carriers, vendors, or strategic business partners.
• Experience leading organizations of 100+ employees.
