•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

•Hands-on experience in the SMS industry, including Sender ID registration, omnichannel and two-way messaging, with a strong understanding of messaging compliance and market-specific regulatory requirements, is a plus.
•Knowledge of mobile network operators (MNOs), aggregators, and SMS routing.
•Familiarity with Telesign products.
•Experience working with SLAs and managing operational requests within defined timelines.
•Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret legal and regulatory information.
•Ability to write accurate, detailed, and informative documentation for internal and external audiences.
