Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) serves millions of clients through digital banking, lending solutions, deposit products, personalized financial advice, and relationship-based service.
The CSBB Analyst Program offers full-time opportunities across a variety of business units that help serve clients, drive innovation, and support strategic priorities. The CSBB Analyst Program is a full-time development experience designed to help early-career professionals build financial services acumen, strengthen professional skills, and contribute to meaningful business priorities across Consumer & Small Business Banking.
As part of this immersive program, Analysts will dive into critical work within CSBB while participating in development experiences that build skills in leadership, strategy, analytics, project management, communication, innovation, client experience, and business execution.
Bottom line? This is real work experience combined with learning, mentorship, networking, and exposure to leaders across Truist — all designed to help you build confidence, capability, and a strong foundation for a career in financial services.
