JOB DUTIES:

Documents complaint, enforcement, email, inquiry, license, live chat, permit and registration information along with all associated documentation into the Division of Consumer Services (DOCS), Microsoft CRM or other department database.

Analyzes and reviews documentation to determine the appropriate action according to established procedures and guidelines.

Duties may include ANY of the following regarding program areas administered by the division, non-regulated areas and general consumer information:

  • Conducting Research and Evidence related to enforcement and consumer complaint cases;
  • Issuing Less Complex License/Permits;
  • Scheduling Inspections;
  • Scanning;
  • Answering telephone calls/Responding to live chats;
  • Draft and process correspondence;
  • Maintain records of revenue received;

This position is required to assist management, co-workers and other sections within the division and perform related work and other tasks as requested by division management.

Employee may be asked to perform special duties in relation to the Departments Emergency Response Obligations.
