Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Consumer Product Marketing Manager to drive product strategy and marketing for Social AI products on Facebook. This role sits in-between technical product understanding and go-to-market strategy, helping to bring AI experiences to billions of people all over the world. You will partner closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing teams to show how AI helps people connect and do more on Facebook.

This role sits on our Facebook Consumer Marketing team and spans inbound, go-to-market, and outbound product marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving audience and market insights, influencing product strategies, crafting narratives and positioning for key features and products, and leading cross-organization go-to-market efforts that shift press and user perceptions around social AI use cases. This is a highly cross-functional role – you’ll embed with multiple product teams to translate roadmaps into marketing programs. If you are a strategic marketer who is analytical and creative, has experience leading complex projects by prioritizing work based on impact and deadlines, and have experience working on consumer AI products, then we’d like to connect with you.

Responsibilities
Influence and shape product strategies, positioning, and narratives through the use of data and insights for target audiences in close collaboration with research, product, marketing, and policy teams
* Serve as the single-threaded owner for Social AI products on Facebook to inform, develop, and execute complex, sometimes cross-organizational go-to-markets, including strategy development, goals and measurement, creative development, and integrated launch plans
* Develop accurate positioning and messaging that translates technical specs into clear value propositions for consumers
* Partner with brand, marketing teams, and channel owners on outbound marketing strategies and campaigns to shift press and user perceptions around social AI features
* Tackle complex problems and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems
* Monitor the consumer AI landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation to identify opportunities for differentiation – both at the product and marketing level

Qualifications
10+ years of full-time experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product, Insights, and Go-to-Market teams
* Experience working on AI products – ideally for a consumer audience, but experience working on AI tools for developers, businesses, and policymakers also applies
* Experience with consumer GTM strategies based on consumer-focused insights
* Experience with complex, cross-organization consumer-facing product launches and/or consumer campaigns
* Demonstrated understanding and active use of consumer AI products and technologies
* Experience driving presentations to executives and cross-functional leaders and teams
* Experience developing, driving, and influencing analytically rigorous, multichannel marketing campaigns with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders Experience launching products or marketing campaigns across multiple international markets
* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
* Internet, technology, or artificial intelligence industry experience
* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline
* MBA
* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
