Job Description

  • Support end-to-end execution of Banglalink’s Postpaid portfolio (B2C, Individual Corporate/IUC and ICON segments) across product, pricing and base-management activities.

  • Execute market-facing postpaid offers, segmented campaigns and engagement programs to drive revenue, MoU and days of usage.

  • Track competition movement, churn and win back; pull data and prepare regular reports/insights from BI and IT systems to support strategic decisions.

  • Support Postpaid brand activities including NPS analysis and coordinate with Brand & Communications on ATL/BTL campaigns to make Banglalink Postpaid a lucrative postpaid brand.

  • Prepare business cases, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making on postpaid offers, campaigns and investments.

  • Coordinate with Voice, Internet, CVM, Loyalty, VAS, Digital Services, Sales, Trade Marketing, Technology, FP&A, BI and Regulatory teams to execute postpaid initiatives on time.

Academic Qualification

  • BBA (Major in Marketing) or BSc / BSS in Economics from a reputed university

  • MBA / MSS / MSc will be an added advantage

Job Experience Required

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Telecom (Postpaid / B2C Product / Base Management / CVM), Fintech, FMCG or top-tier consulting

  • Exposure to product management, segmented offers, customer base analytics or CVM reporting is preferred

Required Capabilities

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good understanding of the Telecom industry and basic awareness of macro-economic factors affecting the business

  • Working knowledge of financial modelling, benchmarking, trend analysis and forecasting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
