Job Description

Consumer Operations Coordinator – SEN Teams / Melbourne Mavericks, Bendigo Spirit and Perth Lynx

About us:

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) is one of the largest sports media content and entertainment businesses in Australia and New Zealand, with a unique ability to deliver brand stories to national and international audiences. We do this through a multi-platform approach spanning radio, print, television, digital, in-stadium, activations, and events. SEN is a dynamic, sport-led business on an exciting growth journey — and we’re looking for match-fit talent to join our passionate team.

Why work with us?

You’ll have unique access to our high-profile talent and events, supported by flexible working arrangements. Whether in the office or working remotely, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, energetic team that backs one another to succeed.

About the role and you

At SEN, we own and operate some of Australia’s most exciting professional sporting teams – including the Melbourne Mavericks, Perth Lynx, and Bendigo Spirit. We're reimagining what it means to be truly fan-first – creating unforgettable moments that connect, inspire, and grow our community. We’re looking for a Consumer Operations Coordinator – someone who
thrives on making systems run smoothly, managing details with precision, and bringing structure to creativity. You’ll be the operations heartbeat behind everything fan-facing, working closely with marketing, events, partnerships, and high-performance teams to deliver a seamless experience across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfilment Operations

  • Manage end-to-end membership pack fulfilment, including coordination with print and fulfilment providers.
  • Maintain and distribute fulfilment files, ensuring accuracy across all tiers and categories.
  • Oversee the Return to Sender process — tracking undelivered packs, communicating with affected members, and resolving address discrepancies.

Payment Plan & Direct Debit Management

  • Own the automatic direct debit and rollover payment plan program end-to-end.
  • Monitor payment plan health, manage failed payments, and proactively communicate with members on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate payment plan records and provide regular reporting to the wider consumer team.

Data Integrity & Database Management

  • Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the member database, including resolving missing contact details, concession status, and outdated records.
  • Conduct regular data audits and outreach to members to update incomplete or incorrect information.
  • Extract and prepare member communication data for use by the Consumer Communications Coordinator.

Internal Ticketing & Operations Support

  • Assist in managing internal ticketing distribution process.
  • Liaise with the ticketing platform, stadium and internal stakeholders to resolve distribution issues.
  • Provide operational support across ticketing events, activations, and matchday requirements.
  • Assist with ad hoc consumer operations tasks as directed by the Consumer Business Manager.

You will be perfect for this if you:

  • Are highly organised and process-driven with a passion for structure and systems
  • Have a sharp eye for detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Love sport and understand what makes fans feel seen and valued
  • Take pride in behind-the-scenes work that delivers front-line magic
  • Are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during game days and events

Why Join the Mavericks & SEN Teams?

  • Be part of a fast-growing Suncorp Super Netball club making real community impact
  • Work across elite netball and basketball teams – Melbourne Mavericks, Bendigo Spirit & Perth Lynx
  • Gain exposure through seasonal campaigns, marquee matches, and cross-team collaboration
  • Thrive in a supportive, high-trust culture where structure enables creativity
  • Access professional development and career pathways within Australia’s most exciting sports ownership group
  • Enjoy flexible work conditions, team merch, behind-the-scenes access, and a genuinely passionate team
