The Vietnam Vaccine Consumer MKT Manager is a key role, responsible for leading the development and execution of vaccine consumer activation/marketing tactics for Vietnam. This role is pivotal in building marketing capabilities, driving private market activation, and enhancing brand presence and commercial performance in the vaccines sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise consumer RSU (risk, severity and urgency) perceptions for Dengue Vaccine
Lead the development and enhancement of consumer marketing knowledge and capabilities across all vaccines team
Shape impactful consumer journeys based on consumer insights, behaviours, market data and trends, and through close collaboration the cross-functional team especially consumer activation lead and the consumer engagement lead
Leverage Data, Digital and Technology (DD&T) and analytics to optimize campaign performance in close partnership with the consumer engagement lead and MCE I&A (where relevant)
Provide strategic input on product positioning, pricing, and market access tailored to Vietnam consumers
Qualification/ Attributes:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in consumer marketing with FMCG, OTC or retail e.g Unilever, P&G
Strong marketing knowledge in consumer engagement (e.g. metrics, consumer journey, social media)
Understanding or experience applying behavioral science to inform decision-making e.g. cognitive biases
Strategic and analytical thinking
Ability to deal with decision making processes in complex organizations and generate collaboration and followership.
Fluent English speaker to ensure effective communication across the region and to Global
