
The Consumer Marketing Coordinator will support the execution and operational management of consumer marketing strategies for MAC Cosmetics, ensuring strong alignment between strategy, execution, performance tracking and daily operations. This role is key to the successful implementation of consumer-facing initiatives across social, influencer marketing, CRM, content, PR activations, digital platforms and omnichannel consumer touchpoints.
The role will be responsible for coordinating and executing core consumer marketing processes, supporting campaign development, product launches, always-on brand strategies, and seasonal activations, ensuring consistency with global and regional frameworks while adapting them to local market needs.
This position requires a highly analytical and strategic operational profile, capable of supporting decision-making through data, performance analysis, market insights, and consumer behavior understanding. A key responsibility is the strategic identification, analysis and evaluation of influencer and talent profiles, based on metrics, performance KPIs, audience relevance, brand fit, content quality, business objectives and consumer segmentation, supporting the development of effective influencer and creator strategies.
The Consumer Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in the execution of influencer marketing, content ecosystems and creator programs, including coordination, briefing, follow-up, content development, approvals, performance tracking, reporting and operational management of collaborations, campaigns and always-on initiatives.
This role will provide direct strategic and operational support to the Consumer Marketing Manager, assisting in planning, execution, coordination, reporting, performance tracking, and day-to-day operational management of the Consumer Marketing area. It will ensure proper follow-up of timelines, workflows, deliverables, approvals, reporting, cross-functional alignment and daily operational continuity.
