As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the consumer loan documentation process from application to closing. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to compliance and accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide an exceptional experience to customers and team members, aligned with Fidelity Bank’s Core Values.
• Process consumer loan requests by gathering and analyzing information, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare and review loan documents for closing and post-closing accuracy.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and files while coordinating tasks across departments.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (HMDA, CRA, ECOA) and complete all compliance training.
• Engage in ongoing learning and career development opportunities.
