What you will do:
The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will be part of the Consumer Lending Servicing team. The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for processing all types of consumer loan servicing requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and quality member service. This position will maintain existing member relationships, provide excellent member service and efficient operational activities.
TheConsumer Loan Lending Specialistadheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations, such as OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending and Information Security.
