
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Performs all required functions as they relate to Consumer loan processing. Builds and maintains successful member relationships by funding and processing loans to the member’s complete satisfaction, while simultaneously ensuring that supporting documentation and records are accurately prepared according to credit union policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Works closely with Loan Experts and Underwriters to determine what information is outstanding and follows up on these items in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to gathering insurance binders, vehicle titles and income verification.
? Coordinates the disbursal of loans with member via DocuSign, in Branch disbursals, transfer to share accounts or other means.
? Review and prepare various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including, share secured, stock secured, certificate secured.
? Review and prepare department monthly billing statements for approval.
? Responsible for the inputting and updating of material changes to the department’s policy and procedures manuals.
? Organize and prioritize responsibilities as they relate to job functions.
? Orders and maintains the department inventory of supplies.
? Conduct informational surveys upon request.
? Demonstrates the ability to excel in a fast paced environment and meets goals and deadlines.
? Complete various Servicing duties, as assigned by Lending Management.
? All other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
? One to two years of similar or related experience in Loan Processing/Servicing.
? Have thorough computer knowledge in Excel and Word in order to create documents, letters, spreadsheets and templates.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Ability to work with members and staff tactfully and professionally, both in person and on the phone.
? Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
? Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly while handling multiple priorities.
Work Schedule: Mon. – Fri. 8:15am – 5:00pm; Saturday 9am – 1pm
