What You’ll Do

Objective:

Provide support to the Consumer Loan department by completing various administrative duties that are crucial to the smooth operation of the department.

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed including, but not limited to opening membership accounts, mailing loan checks, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies.
• Prepare Indirect loan packages for the quality control process.
• Print Adverse Action Letters and run reports as needed.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Consumer Loan department's systems including LoansPQ, Xpress Accounts, Lending 360, as well as websites for FedEx and Staples.
• Package and mail loan files to document storage facility for scanning and retrieve boxes as requested.
• Maintain a good working relationship with vendors for department printers and document preservation.
• Provide lunch/break Reception Desk coverage on a rotating basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).

What You’ll Need

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related administrative experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.

Expected Pay Range

$20.50 - $22.60 per hour
