This role is responsible for supporting the Consumer Lending Servicing Business Unit through the development, maintenance, and ongoing review of procedures driven by business, regulatory, and project related changes. The role ensures documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of required review, approval, and governance processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, edit, and maintain Consumer Lending Servicing procedures, serving as a subject matter resource for procedure development and the primary liaison for project documentation.
2. Partner with internal stakeholders across Consumer Lending Servicing and supporting functions to ensure procedures are aligned with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
3. Effectively manage workload and priorities to meet audit, regulatory, project, and operational timelines.
4. Deliver consistent, high quality documentation that supports effective operational execution, risk management, and compliance.
5. Ensure timely communication and reporting related to procedure assignments and governance activities.
6. Coordinate annual procedure reviews and execute required PolicyTech administrative and workflow activities to support governance and compliance


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in procedure writing, operations, risk, compliance, audit, or a related governance function or equivalent education.
3. Knowledge of banking operations and regulated environments, preferably Consumer or Mortgage Lending Servicing.
4. Ability to observe operational processes and convert them into clear, executable procedural documentation.
5. Strong technical writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and audit ready procedures.
6. Experience working within formal documentation governance and approval workflows, such as Policy Tech.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet audit, regulatory, and project deadlines.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business partners, SMEs, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks within existing procedures and recommend improvements
2. Exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives, including process mapping, standardization, or change management efforts.
3. Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills.
