Create competitive strategies and plans to achieve and exceed centralized division objectives. Provide timely feedback to Division Executive on Performance, Finance Plan, Revenue, Client Experience, Channel strategy and segment opportunities. Analyze and share trends to identify opportunities to acquire, deepen and retain client relationships. Manage team of Performance Managers to continuously drive high quality customer experience and consistent execution of client relationship care. Improve workforce effectiveness, efficiency and productivity by applying analytics to performance management. Work closely with support partners, to provide necessary LOB feedback, associate feedback and customer insights on messages, offers, and collateral to improve awareness of offerings and elevate the client experience. The Performance Executive will provide regulatory supervision for dual-employee teams so must be Supervisory Licensed: Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 or equivalent

Managerial Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years band 4 experience or higher

  • Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 or equivalent

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
