Job Description

The Opportunity

We are hiring for a Consumer Data & Insights Graduate to support with the delivery of consumer and digital insights through analysing consumer behaviour, monitoring consumer health metrics, and producing actionable reports to inform marketing and business decisions across our Niche brands.

This is a 12 month fixed- term contract.

What you'll get to do

Consumer Health Understanding and Reporting

  • Analyse and monitor consumer health metrics (e.g. acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, lifetime value) across brands, markets, and consumer segments.
  • Track and report on consumer behaviour, engagement, and performance trends, ensuring insights are clearly segmented by brand, category, and region.
  • Deliver clear and actionable insights to digital, CRM, and brand teams to support decision-making and improve performance.

Consumer and Digital Reporting

  • Support the preparation of consumer and digital performance reporting, consolidating data and insights across multiple brands.
  • Track key metrics including consumer performance, campaign effectiveness, and digital KPIs.
  • Provide insight on performance trends, highlighting key drivers and areas for optimisation.

Bespoke Analysis Delivery

  • Support the delivery of ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses based on business questions and stakeholder briefs.
  • Work with large datasets using SQL and dashboards to extract, manipulate, and analyse data.
  • Conduct analysis on areas such as consumer behaviour, retention, customer journeys, product performance, and channel effectiveness, depending on business needs.
  • Ensure outputs are aligned to the brief, delivered within required timelines, and presented in a clear and structured format.

Market Research and Insight Integration

  • Incorporate first- and third-party market research to enrich analysis and provide additional consumer context.
  • Combine behavioural data with research insights to better understand customer motivations, brand perception, and purchase drivers.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing) is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience (internship or academic) in data analysis, reporting, or consumer insights.
  • Exposure to SQL, Excel, or data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour or ecommerce performance metrics is beneficial.
