Working across both campaign/innovation and digital intelligence, the role helps connect consumer understanding, trends signals and performance data, bringing a more complete and human view of the consumer to business decisions. The role focuses on executing high quality analysis, translating digital and research data into clear, actionable outputs. It plays a key role in ensuring that insight is well structured, consumer led and embedded into day to day decision making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Campaign & Innovation Insight Development. - Support delivery of insight across campaign and innovation projects. Assist in early stage exploration and concept development, bringing in relevant consumer and cultural insight. Contribute to structuring briefs, defining objectives and shaping learning plans. Help translate research outputs into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. Ensure outputs are grounded in real consumer behaviour and needs

2. Deliver Insights from Digital Signals - Support the maintenance and use of tools and platforms (social listening, search, dashboards). Ensure consistency and accuracy in data handling and outputs. Analyse search, social and MIV data to identify emerging trends and shifts in behaviour. Support the translation of digital data into clear, human insight (not just metrics). Contribute to identifying early signals of change in culture, category and demand

3. Support Reporting & Insight Delivery - Support delivery of regular reporting (monthly scorecards, campaign tracking, analysis), Help structure outputs into clear “What / So What / Now What” narratives, Ensure insights are simple, focused and relevant to stakeholder needs, Assist in identifying key takeaways and implications from multiple data sources

4. Support Stakeholder Engagement & Insight Impact - Work with managers to support delivery of projects and stakeholder communications, Contribute to preparing debriefs, presentations and materials, Help ensure insights are clearly understood and applied by stakeholders, Play an active role in bringing the consumer to life through storytelling and examples

Qualifications

Experience & Capabilities - Interest in understanding consumer behaviour, culture and trends. Strong ability to work with data and translate it into clear, simple stories. Early experience in consumer insight, market research, analytics or similar field. Familiarity with digital data sources (search, social, analytics tools). Exposure to qualitative and/or quantitative research methods. Good collaboration skills and willingness to learn and work across teams

What does success look like in this role - Insight outputs are clear, well-structured and genuinely useful to teams. Data is consistently translated into human understanding, not just numbers. Strong support is provided across campaign, innovation and digital projects. Work is delivered with reliability, quality and increasing independence.
